Vermillion, based in Fushimi Inari, Kyoto, takes its name from the vivid vermilion color of the countless torii gates that line the paths of the Fushimi Inari Shrine.

Today, Vermillion has four locations — near Fushimi Inari and around Kyoto Station — each welcoming travelers and locals alike with good coffee, good food, and good company.
